Dr. Kloehn earned his medical degree from Marquette University School of Medicine in 1958. He completed his residency in Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch, John Sealy Hospital, in Galveston, Texas. Afterwards, Dr. Kloehn completed a fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the African Medical and Research Foundation in Nairobi, Africa. He began his practice in 1969, dedicated to providing his patients with excellent services in a caring environment.

Dr. Kloehn is a well-respected member of the medical community and has been honored in Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Science and Engineering. He's board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He's a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the Liposuction Society of North America.
